Aug 13, 2026 — DS Group has completed the acquisition and absorption of a specialized quasi-drug distribution firm, officially re-launching the business under the new brand name Lumora.
Discussions between the two companies began in mid-2025 to align the distributor's product sourcing with DS Group's regional trade and logistics infrastructure. Following the finalized integration in early 2026, the unit focused its initial operations on the Brazilian domestic market.
Within three months of launch, Lumora established direct B2B, retail and institutional supply lines across Brazil. The rapid scaling was driven by integrating the product line directly with DS Group's in-country logistics and ANVISA regulatory compliance framework, eliminating traditional import and clearance bottlenecks.
Following its initial traction, Lumora is now broadening its distribution network across key markets in Brazil through the remainder of 2026.
